Must have time management skills.
You must be able to drive, complete the cleans in a timely manner, follow cleaning checklists, and provide Before and After pictures that are time stamped.
We are looking for people who want to grow with us.
We are hiring for immediate start.
Pay is every Monday, 1099 Sub Contractor.

Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all areas of the rental property.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Clean ALL surfaces.
Empty trash cans and replace liners.
Disinfect bathrooms and kitchens.
Dust upholstery.
Wash & dry all bedding.
Make Beds.
Stage rental.
Must be:
Honest.
Trustworthy.
Reliable.
Motivated.
Communicative.
Responsive.
Responsible.
Organized.
Problem solutionist.
Live within the area.
Must be able to work weekends -- the schedule fluctuates as we currently have a lot of guaranteed Saturday - Saturday turnovers, there is some work on the weekdays (depends on work ethic & property) and on the bookings.
Please note this is seasonal work, we do have cleanings throughout the year, but we do not offer residential cleanings, so most of our work is during the busier, warmer months when guests are vacationing.
