In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate dumpster deliveries, pickups, and any additional service requests.
Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders, address concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.
Handle customer feedback, both positive and negative, with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, resolving conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as customer needs arise.
