GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT

As the Customer Accounts Manager , you will lead the store's efforts to collect revenues and manage customer relationships. This career path will take top performers to the position of General Manager overseeing all operations of a retail store.

The employment would be 45-50 hours per week, five days per week. Two days off per week including SUNDAYS OFF! Qualified applicants will start at $12+/hr plus up to $700/mo. in incentive bonuses.

Job Duties:

COLLECT REVENUES AND PROTECT COMPANY ASSETS
- Act as customer counselor by discussing benefits of timely lease payments
- Contact customers directly who have not paid their Lease agreement(s)

CUSTOMER CARE

- Contact customers over the phone and through field visits
- Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as needed

We do require that Drivers are at least 21 years old, for insurance purposes, and, where required to be DOT Certified.

A background in Restaurant, Retail, Sales, RTO or other Customer Service operation is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
