The project supports the Army Communications-Electronics, Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) in conducting Army modeling and simulation Engineering Support efforts cross a widely dispersed customer base.
Multiple Positions - These are proposal positions (contingent upon contract award).
Essential Job Functions:
Perform routine assignments on a broad range of tasks associated with the implementation of standard techniques, procedures and/or criteria as they apply to the technical or administrative discipline relating to the task.
Use prescribed methods and information supplied, develops draft inputs to program documentation as it relates to any of the support functions. Reviews final draft documents for conformity to requirements and completeness.
Organize and maintain management files. Tracks preparation and delivery status of required deliverables. Attend meetings, design reviews, working groups and briefings. Reports issues and problems. Recommends solutions.
May direct the activities other personnel. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work under general guidelines established by supervisor; receives overall instructions on specific assignment objectives, features, possible solutions, etc. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for consistency and completeness.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree.
Ten (10) years of acquisition logistics experience.
Familiarization AND experience with one or more of the following programs: Vehicle Optic Sensor System (VOSS), Driver's Visual Enhancement (DVE), Close Access Target Reconnaissance (CATR), Gunshot Detection System(GSD), Enhanced Unattended Ground Sensors (EUGS), PSDS2, PSS-Tethered (PSS-T), Husky Mounted Detection System (HMDS), Thermal Weapon Sight (TWS), Family of Weapon Sight (FWS), Enhanced Night Vision Goggles (ENVG), Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder (LLDR), Clip-on Sniper Night Sight (Clip-on SNS), Small Tactical Optical Rifle Mounted (STORM) Micro-Laser Rangefinder (MLRF), Mark VIIE Hand-Held Target Locator, Joint Effects Targeting System (JETS), Ground-based Operational Surveillance System - Expeditionary, and Integrated Ground Security Surveillance Response ? Capability.
Required Minimum Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
