Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to lead or supervise the full range of tasks performed by General Equipment Mechanics. I have the ability to perform common tasks including:
Obtaining needed information or decisions from supervisors on problems that arise; AND working in the sheet metal, painting, and equipment cleaning trades; AND assisting and assigning complex workload to lower graded employees - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. To meet the basic eligibility, you must receive at least two points on the screen-out element indicated above and must have an average of two points on all the job elements listed below. Your application will be further evaluated to determine if you meet the best qualified cut-off for referral to the selecting official. Lifts objects from moderate to heavy weights. Climbs ladders, scaffolds, and may work from platforms or high reach equipment. May work in cramped and awkward positions and have to reach, bend, and lift while using tools, parts and/or equipment. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works inside and outside in a variety of weather conditions. Subject to exposure to dust and dirt, grease, fumes, noise, etc. May also be subject to cuts, burns, bruises, electrical shocks, etc. Safety equipment is provided to minimize hazards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
