Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability Lead or Supervise. I have the ability to perform common duties of an Electrician Leader to include installing, modifying, troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of electrical/communication systems, components and equipment. I have experience in the usage of electrical power distribution and control equipment, including low and medium-voltage circuit breakers, switchgear, motor controls, relays, metering, transformers, switchboards, panel boards, universal power supplies, direct and alternate current distribution and various other electrical equipment. I can install and mount state of the art teleconferencing equipment such as projectors, video monitors, microphones, speakers and communication cabling; interpret and plan working details to installation drawings, prints, test procedures and other technical documents; and provide technical assistance to subordinates in the operation and installation of electrical/communications systems modernization. In addition to my experience working with electrical equipment, I have a basic understanding of electronic technology, circuitry, controls, and equipment. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. To meet the basic eligibility, you must receive at least two points on the screen-out element indicated above and must have an average of two points on all the job elements listed below. Work involves frequent standing, stooping, climbing, bending and kneeling, and occasionally in cramped awkward positions within shelters or vans. Required to lift and handle objects weighing 20 pounds; often lifts and moves heavier objects with the assistance of other workers, lifting devices and aids such as movable tables or jacks. Working Conditions:
Work is usually performed inside well lighted, heated and ventilated areas. Frequently works with trouble light and/or temporary lighting. Occasionally works outside in inclement weather and when on TDY assignments. Subject to cuts, bruises, scrapes, sprains, and strains from handling tools and installing equipment. Subject to burns from hot components, solder, high voltage, and electrical shock. Required to wear safety clothing and equipment appropriate to the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
