Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
(1) Experience interpreting plans and specifications of construction projects; (2) Experience recommending changes in contract requirements with at-the-site conditions; and (3) Experience ensuring strict adherence to safety provisions of the contract. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08). To Qualify at the GS-10 Level:
Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
(1) Experience managing large, complex construction projects; (2) Experience reviewing contractor quality assurance plans and/or reports for completeness and accuracy; and (3) Experience observing all phases of construction to ensure compliance with contract schedules, specifications and/or shop drawings. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). To Qualify at the GS-11 Level:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
(1) Experience interpreting plans and/or specifications to ensure that contractor's work is performed in accordance with accepted construction practices and good workmanship; (2) Experience communicating with various representatives for mutual understanding and agreement concerning construction projects (3) Experience resolving complex problems encountered while managing all stages of construction projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
