Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications for GS-12 GS-12 Specialized Experience Statement:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which includes 1) Adaption and interpretation of general and broad logistics management policies, procedures, and regulations; 2) Providing technical and authoritative advice and assistance to defense agencies and private industry; 3) Making formal and informal presentations to all levels of management outlining the history, current status, and objectives of the common logistics program and related supply functions; and 4) Conducting studies to coordinate efforts to advance logistical activities. Time in Grade Requirement for GS-12:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). Minimum Qualifications for GS-13 GS-13 Specialized Experience Statement:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes 1) Coordinating with other defense agencies and private industry to capture new or changing requirements and ensuring documents are technically accurate and properly staffed; 2) Providing assistance to government agencies and private industry on the application, interpretation and applicability of complex military standards and their requirements; and 3) Revising policies within assigned working groups to ensure interoperability and compatibility with government and non-government agencies; AND 4) Ensuring adequacy of plans and efforts considering such factors as capabilities, support required, and projected plans of the organization to meet logistics needs and commitments. Time in Grade Requirement for GS-13:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
